Статья посвящена анализу правовых и социально-политических аспектов внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта в избирательный процесс Российской Федерации. Авторы рассматривают современное состояние нормативно-правового регулирования, выявляют ключевые риски использования искусственного интеллекта, включая манипуляцию общественным мнением, создание дипфейков и угрозу принципу свободных выборов, а также предлагают возможные перспективы и пути решения возникающих проблем. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования сбалансированного подхода, сочетающего технологическое развитие с защитой конституционных прав граждан.

This article analyzes the legal and socio-political aspects of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the electoral process of the Russian Federation. The authors examine the current state of legal regulation and identify key risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence—such as the manipulation of public opinion, the creation of deepfakes, and threats to the principle of free elections—while also proposing potential future developments and solutions to emerging challenges. The article concludes that a balanced approach is required, one that combines technological advancement with the protection of citizens' constitutional rights.
