В статье рассмотрено законодательное регулирование деятельности специализированных судов в Российской Федерации, проанализированы предпосылки их создания с учетом опыта Китайской народной республики и сложившейся статистики рассмотрения судебных дел в России по категориям и субъектам. Сделан вывод, что при несомненных достоинствах специализированных судов - повышение уровня обоснованности выносимых судебных решений в полном соответствии с законом (качество судебных решений), создание специализированных судов в России является менее приоритетной задачей по сравнению с задачей совершенствования действующей судебной системы с точки зрения более широкого внедрения информационных технологий, повышения уровня оснащенности судов материально-техническими средствами, увеличение численности судей, помощников судей, секретарей судебного заседания.

The article examines the legislative regulation of the activities of specialized courts in the Russian Federation, analyzes the prerequisites for their creation, taking into account the experience of China and the established statistics of the consideration of court cases in Russia by categories and subjects. It is concluded that with the undoubted advantages of specialized courts - increasing the level of validity of court decisions in full compliance with the law (the quality of court decisions), the creation of specialized courts in Russia is a lower priority compared to the task of improving the current judicial system in terms of wider introduction of information technologies, increasing the level of equipment of courts with logistical means, increase in the number of judges, assistant judges, secretaries of the court session.
