В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы педагогической подготовки курсантов ведомственных образовательных организаций ФСИН России. Анализируется специфика образовательного процесса, обусловленная интеграцией профессиональной и педагогической составляющих в подготовке будущих сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы. Выделяются ключевые противоречия: между преимущественно юридической направленностью обучения и необходимостью владения педагогическими компетенциями для работы с осужденными; между теоретическим характером педагогических дисциплин и практико-ориентированным характером будущей служебной деятельности. Обосновывается необходимость усиления педагогической компоненты в профессиональной подготовке курсантов. Предлагаются пути решения выявленных проблем, включающие интеграцию педагогических знаний в специальные дисциплины, использование активных методов обучения, развитие наставничества и практико-ориентированных форм занятий.

The article examines current issues regarding the pedagogical training of cadets at departmental educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) of Russia. It analyzes the specific nature of the educational process, shaped by the integration of professional and pedagogical components in the training of future penal system personnel. Key contradictions are identified: the tension between a predominantly legal focus in training and the need for pedagogical competencies when working with convicts, and the disparity between the theoretical nature of pedagogical disciplines and the practice-oriented nature of future service duties. The article substantiates the need to strengthen the pedagogical component of cadet training and proposes solutions to the identified problems, including integrating pedagogical knowledge into specialized disciplines, employing active teaching methods, and fostering mentorship and practice-oriented training formats.
