Предметом исследования в данной статье выступает организационно-правовой механизм обеспечения общественной безопасности. Автор проводит комплексный анализ его структуры и оценивает эффективность применяемых сегодня мер по нейтрализации угроз. Особое внимание уделено разработке практических предложений, направленных на совершенствование механизмов защиты общественной безопасности в современных условиях.

The subject of this article is the organizational and legal mechanism for ensuring public safety. The author provides a comprehensive analysis of its structure and evaluates the effectiveness of current measures aimed at neutralizing threats. Particular attention is paid to developing practical proposals designed to improve the mechanisms for safeguarding public safety in the contemporary environment.
