В статье рассматривается история экономических реформ в России от конца XIX века до современного периода. Особое внимание уделено трансформационным процессам постсоветского времени, начавшимся в 1991 году с распадом СССР и переходом от плановой экономики к рыночной. Анализируются ключевые этапы реформирования: либерализация цен и ваучерная приватизация начала 1990-х годов, финансовый кризис и дефолт 1998 года, период экономической стабилизации и роста 2000–2008 годов, институциональные реформы в сфере денежно-кредитной политики, санкционное давление с 2014 года и политика импортозамещения, экономические последствия пандемии COVID-19, а также трансформация экономики после начала специальной военной операции в 2022 году. Исследование базируется на анализе эволюции концептуальных подходов к реформированию российской экономики и оценке практических результатов реализованных преобразований. Делается вывод о циклическом характере модернизационных процессов в России и определяющей роли взаимодействия экономических, политических и социальных факторов в определении траектории экономического развития страны.

The article examines the history of economic reforms in Russia from the end of the 19th century to the modern period. Special attention is paid to the transformation processes of the post-Soviet period, which began in 1991 with the collapse of the USSR and the transition from a planned economy to a market economy. The key stages of the reform are analyzed: price liberalization and voucher privatization in the early 1990s, the financial crisis and default in 1998, the period of economic stabilization and growth in 2000-2008, institutional reforms in the field of monetary policy, sanctions pressure since 2014 and import substitution policy, the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the transformation of the economy after the start of a special military operation in 2022. The research is based on an analysis of the evolution of conceptual approaches to the reform of the Russian economy and an assessment of the practical results of the implemented transformations. The conclusion is made about the cyclical nature of modernization processes in Russia and the determining role of the interaction of economic, political and social factors in determining the trajectory of the country's economic development.
