В публикации представлены результаты ревизии и анализа средств, используемых в воспитательной работе по формированию профессионально-важных качеств курсантов образовательных организаций ФСИН России, осуществленной авторским коллективом ФКУ НИИ ФСИН России в 2022 году. Ключевой акцент сделан на необходимости создания целостной системы воспитания, способной выполнять организующую и формирующую функцию по отношению к личности курсанта. Именно такая система, выстроенная с учетом возрастных, гендерных, национальных и религиозных особенностей, уровня общекультурного и профессионального развития, социальных навыков обучающихся, позволяет целенаправленно формировать у будущих сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы корпоративную и организационную культуру, патриотизм, традиционные духовно-нравственные ценности и навыки здорового образа жизни. Организующая и формирующая воспитательная среда выступает действенным механизмом профилактики девиантного, делинквентного, аддиктивного и противоправного поведения, а также противодействия распространению экстремистских и поликультурных идей в курсантской среде. В образовательных организациях пенитенциарной системы сосредоточена будущая основа кадрового потенциала уголовно-исполнительной системы. Публикация посвящена анализу специфики организации воспитательной работы с курсантами, проведенному посредством изучения практики пенитенциарной психологической и воспитательной работы, мнений исследователей, экспертного мнения пенитенциарных сотрудников и профессорско-преподавательского состава образовательных организаций. Посредством ревизии и анализа определены лучшие образцы средств, используемые образовательными организациями и территориальными органами ФСИН России, а также инновационные материалы (ноу‑хау) в сфере воспитательной работы. Анализ показывает, что, несмотря на общие характеристики проводимой работы, содержание трудов имеет различия: каждый из представленных материалов обладает инновационностью, оригинальностью, авторским выражением, национально-культурными особенностями и направленностью. Представлены общие практические рекомендации по организации данного направления воспитательной работы с курсантами.

The publication presents the results of the audit and analysis of the tools used in educational work on the formation of professionally important qualities of cadets of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, carried out by the team of authors of the FKU Research Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in 2022. The key emphasis is placed on the need to create an integral system of education capable of performing an organizing and formative function in relation to the cadet's personality. It is precisely such a system, built taking into account age, gender, national and religious characteristics, the level of general cultural and professional development, and social skills of students, that makes it possible to purposefully form in future employees of the penitentiary system a corporate and organizational culture, patriotism, traditional spiritual and moral values and healthy lifestyle skills. The organizing and formative educational environment acts as an effective mechanism for the prevention of deviant, delinquent, addictive and illegal behavior, as well as for counteracting the spread of extremist and multicultural ideas among cadets. The educational organizations of the penitentiary system concentrate the future basis of the human resources potential of the penitentiary system. The publication is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the organization of educational work with cadets, carried out by studying the practice of penitentiary psychological and educational work, the opinions of researchers, the expert opinion of penitentiary employees and the teaching staff of educational organizations. Through the audit and analysis, the best examples of tools used by educational organizations and territorial bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, as well as innovative materials (know‑how) in the field of educational work, were identified. The analysis shows that, despite the general characteristics of the work carried out, the content of the works has differences: each of the presented materials has its own innovativeness, originality, author's expression, national and cultural characteristics and focus. General practical recommendations on the organization of this area of educational work with cadets are presented.
