Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам правовой охраны атмосферного воздуха, анализу конституционных норм и иного действующего экологического законодательства, обоснованию и формулированию существующих проблем в этой сфере. На основании изложенного материала делается вывод о необходимости совершенствования норм экологического законодательства и необходимости повышения эффективности мер по охране атмосферного воздуха в Российской Федерации.

The article is devoted to current issues related to the legal protection of atmospheric air, the analysis of constitutional norms and other existing environmental legislation, and the justification and formulation of existing problems in this area. Based on the material presented, the conclusion is drawn that it is necessary to improve the norms of environmental legislation and to increase the effectiveness of measures to protect atmospheric air in the Russian Federation.
