Влияние совместного проживания осуждённых на групповую динамику психокоррекционной группы в исправительной колонии

The impact of shared living among convicted persons on the group dynamics of a psychocorrectional group in a correctional colony

В статье рассматривается влияние постоянного взаимодействия осуждённых за пределами психологических занятий на динамику психокоррекционной группы в исправительной колонии. Особое внимание уделяется ранее сложившимся отношениям, различиям в неформальном статусе, рискам нарушения конфиденциальности, образованию подгрупп, конфликтам и ограниченной возможности дистанцироваться после занятий. Показано, что поведение участников определяется не только содержанием психокоррекционной работы, но и предполагаемыми последствиями самораскрытия в общежитии, отряде или рабочей бригаде. Совместное проживание может ограничивать открытость, усиливать конформность и продлевать межличностное напряжение, но одновременно способствует непосредственному применению конструктивных навыков в повседневном общении. Обоснованы требования к комплектованию группы, предварительному изучению отношений между участниками, правилам конфиденциальности, выбору методов с учётом реальной безопасности и наблюдению за событиями между занятиями. Эти меры рассматриваются как составная часть психокоррекционной работы.

The article examines how continuous interaction among convicted persons outside psychological sessions affects the dynamics of psychocorrectional groups in correctional colonies. Particular attention is paid to pre‑existing relationships, informal status differences, confidentiality risks, subgroup formation, conflicts, and the limited possibility of psychological distancing after sessions. The analysis shows that participants’ behaviour during group work is shaped not only by therapeutic tasks but also by the anticipated consequences of disclosure in dormitories, detachments, and work brigades. Joint living may restrict openness, intensify conformity, and prolong interpersonal tension, yet it may also support the immediate transfer of constructive skills into everyday communication. The article substantiates requirements for group composition, preliminary assessment of interpersonal ties, realistic confidentiality rules, selection of methods proportionate to actual safety, and ongoing monitoring of events between sessions. These measures are regarded as integral components of psychocorrectional practice.
