В данной статье рассматривается проблема снижения интереса у студентов высших учебных заведений к дисциплине «Физическая культура». На основе анализа педагогической литературы и практического опыта авторов предлагаются методы повышения мотивации через внедрение здоровьесберегающих и фиджиталтехнологий. Представлены результаты исследования, доказывающие, что интеграция инновационных педагогических подходов способствует не только улучшению физических показателей, но и формированию устойчивой потребности в здоровом образе жизни.

The article examines the problem of declining interest among higher education students in the discipline of “Physical Education”. Based on the analysis of pedagogical literature and practical experience of the authors, methods for increasing motivation through the introduction of health-saving and phygital technologies are proposed. The results of the study are presented, proving that the integration of innovative pedagogical approaches contributes not only to the improvement of physical indicators, but also to the formation of a sustainable need for a healthy lifestyle.
