В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы внедрения интерактивных технологий в процесс профессиональной подготовки сотрудников органов внутренних дел. На основе анализа современных научных исследований и практического опыта образовательных организаций системы МВД России, а также зарубежных правоохранительных ведомств, выявляются ключевые направления развития интерактивного обучения: использование кейс-метода и деловых игр, применение виртуальных тренажёров и симуляционных технологий, интеграция мультимедийных и дистанционных образовательных решений. Обосновывается, что интерактивное обучение обеспечивает формирование профессиональных компетенций, приближенных к реальным условиям служебной деятельности, способствует развитию практических навыков принятия решений и повышает мотивацию обучающихся. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам проектирования интерактивной образовательной среды и оценки эффективности интерактивных методов в системе профессионального образования сотрудников ОВД.

This article examines current issues related to the implementation of interactive technologies in the professional training of law enforcement officers. Based on an analysis of current scientific research and the practical experience of educational institutions within the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as international law enforcement agencies, key areas for the development of interactive learning are identified: the use of case studies and business games, the application of virtual simulators and simulation technologies, and the integration of multimedia and distance learning solutions. It is argued that interactive learning fosters professional competencies that are closely related to real-life work environments, promotes the development of practical decision-making skills, and increases student motivation. Particular attention is paid to the design of interactive educational environments and the evaluation of the effectiveness of interactive methods in the professional training of law enforcement officers.
