<p>The relevance of the research on artifact musical tourism lies in identifying ways to increase domestic tourist flow based on travelers visiting locations featuring attractions dedicated to musical art. To conduct the research, the authors employed the method of structural-functional analysis to determine the significance of musical artifacts as attractors for travelers within the framework of increasing domestic tourist flow. System analysis helped identify types of artifact musical tourism based on various criteria, while case studies were necessary to characterize different types of artifact musical tourism in the practice of Russian Federation regions. It has been determined that the development potential of this tourism direction in attracting travelers lies, firstly, in the fact that each Russian region has its own musical creative industries through the work of composers, folk musical traditions, as well as musical artifacts with deep historical roots or innovative ones, such as the music venue in the Literary Quarter of Yekaterinburg. Secondly, it lies in the specifics of musical art, where everyone can find something for themselves. It has been established that artifact musical tourism can be both an independent travel route direction and can be combined with other routes, as well as become part of the cultural program of business events and conferences. As a result of the research, the authors conclude on the importance of developing an interactive map in the form of an Internet resource or mobile application that would mark locations with musical artifacts, with filters for selecting the type of artifact: musical instruments, art objects, monuments, music museums. The research also formulates proposals for amending legislation on tourism activities.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>art object</kwd><kwd>musical art</kwd><kwd>domestic tourism resources</kwd><kwd>tourist location</kwd><kwd>tourist routes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>арт‑объект</kwd><kwd>музыкальное искусство</kwd><kwd>ресурсы внутреннего туризма</kwd><kwd>туристическая локация</kwd><kwd>турмаршруты</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">[1] Ермак В. А. 2018. № 18 (38).
