Отдельное внимание уделяется инновационным компонентам комплексного обучения сотрудников полиции. По мнению авторов выявленный спектр решений, найденных зарубежными исследователями для решения существующих проблем организации и содержания обучения сотрудников полиции, показал, что реформирование подготовки сотрудников правоохранительной системы будет способствовать повышению компетенций, необходимых для выполнения полицейскими их профессиональных обязанностей, а также может предоставить возможность для оптимизации образования и профессионального развития сотрудников правоохранительной системы в России</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>This article analyzes international experience in professional training for lawenforcement officers, examining the challenges they face and the need to adjust curricula to meet contemporary challenges. Particular attention is given to innovative components of comprehensive police training.
