Анализируются правовые основы, процедуры и практика использования средств АРС в здравоохранении. В ходе проведенного исследования автор приходит к выводам, что эффективность использования средств АРС в здравоохранении напрямую зависит от уровня нормативной детализации, развития институциональной инфраструктуры и доверия со стороны общества</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>The article examines the experience of China, the United States, and Indonesia in applying alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in the context of relationships between medical institutions and patients. Itanalyzes the legal frameworks, procedures, and practical implementation of ADRmethods in the healthcare sector.
