This article provides a comparative legal analysis of CBDC strategies in 5 major jurisdictions, categorizes them in relation to ensuring national financial sovereignty: integration control (China), defensive integration (EU), circumvention sovereignty (Russia), offensive dollar sover eignty (USA), and adaptive coexistence (Nigeria). 3 keyconclusions are drawn: the geopolitical nature of CBDC legal regimes, the privacy-sovereignty paradox, the trend toward fragmentation of the global financial system into regional «digital currency zones»

В статье проводится сравнительно-правовой анализ стратегий в отно шении CBCD в 5 крупных юрисдикциях, составлена классификация стратегий в их взаимос вязи с обеспечением финансового суверенитета страны: интеграционный контроль (КНР), оборонительная интеграция (ЕС), суверенитет обхода (РФ), наступательный долларовый суверенитет (США), адаптивное сосуществование (Нигерия). Сделаны 3 ключевых вывода: геополитический характер правовых режимов CBDC, парадокс «приватность–суверени тет», тренд фрагментации глобальной финансовой системы на региональные «цифро выевалютные зоны»
