Статья посвящена анализу процессов цифровизации нотариата в России и Китае. Рассматриваются правовые, технические, организационные и социально-эконо мические аспекты перехода от традиционного бумажного документооборота к электрон нымформатам. Особое внимание уделено проблемам правового регулирования, неравно мерности цифровой инфраструктуры, вопросам кибербезопасности и кадровой готовно стинотариального сообщества. Проведен сравнительный анализ российских и китайских подходов: Россия ориентирована на централизацию через Единую информационную систе мунотариата, тогда как Китай развивает полицентричную модель с акцентом на удалён ноеудостоверение и интеграцию с системой электронного правосудия. В заключение вы делены перспективные направления развития — унификация законодательства, укрепле ниемеждународного признания электронных нотариальных актов и внедрение инновацион ныхтехнологий (блокчейн, e-Apostille)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the processes of notary digitalization in Russia and China. The legal, technical, organizational and socio-economic aspects of the transition from traditional paper-based document flow to electronic formats are considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of legal regulation, unevenness of digital infrastructure, issues of cybersecurity and personnel readiness of the notary community. A comparative analysis of Russian and Chinese approaches is carried out: Russia is focused on centralization through the Unified Information Sys tem of the Notary, whereas China develops a polycentric model with an emphasis on remote certifi cation and integration with the e-justice system. In conclusion, promising areas of development are highlighted, such as the unification of legislation, strengthening the international recognition of elec tronic notary acts, and the introduction of innovative technologies (blockchain, e-Apostille)
