Целью статьи выступает анализ теоретических и практических вопросов, возникающих при реализации прав потребителей технически сложных товаров. Установлено, что введение и законодательное закрепление понятия «технически сложный товар», а также утверждение соответствующих перечней технически сложных товаров, позволяет ясно определить объем прав и обязанностей всех сторон, участвующих в потребительских отношениях. Это способствует предоставлению потребителям дополнительных гарантий, связанных с возможностью возврата, обмена или ремонта таких товаров. Одновременно на производителей и продавцов возлагаются специальные обязанности, связанные с обеспечением качества, безопасности и надлежащей эксплуатации технически сложных изделий.

The purpose of the article is to analyze theoretical and practical issues arising in the implementation of consumer rights for technically complex goods. It has been established that the introduction and legislative consolidation of the concept of «technically complex goods», as well as the approval of the corresponding lists of technically complex goods, makes it possible to clearly define the scope of rights and obligations of all parties involved in consumer relations. This helps provide consumers with additional guarantees related to the possibility of returning, exchanging, or repairing such goods. At the same time, manufacturers and sellers are assigned special responsibilities related to ensuring the quality, safety, and proper operation of technically complex products.
