В данной статье осуществляется комплексный ретроспективный анализсудебной реформы в РСФСР, реализованной в период с середины 1950-х до начала 1960х гг. Данные преобразования рассматриваются как детерминированный этап эволюции советской государственно-правовой парадигмы в контексте процессов десталинизации и масштабной трансформации общественно-политического дискурса. В статье последова тельно эксплицируются политические, правовые и социокультурные детерминанты реформы. Детально верифицируется нормативно-правовой базис изменений, а также рекон струируются ключевые векторы институционального реформирования системы судоу стройства. Особый акцент сделан на актуализации правового статуса судей и народных заседателей, а также на качественной трансформации правоприменительной практики в русле доктрины «социалистической законности». По результатам проведенного исследо вания постулируется тезис об амбивалентном характере проведенных преобразований: при очевидной тенденции к укреплению правопорядка и повышению авторитета судебной власти, сохранялась существенная имманентная зависимость юстиции от партийно-государственного аппарата

This article provides a comprehensive retrospective analysis of the judicial reform in the RSFSR, implemented during the period from the mid-1950s to the early 1960s. These trans formations are examined as a determinate stage in the evolution of the Soviet state-legal paradigm within the context of de-Stalinization and the large-scale transformation of socio-political discourse. The study consistently explicates the political, legal, and socio-cultural determinants of the reform. The author provides a detailed verification of the regulatory and legal framework of these changes and reconstructs the keyvectors of the institutional restructuring of the judicial system. Particular emphasis is placed on the actualization of the legal status of judges and layassessors, aswell as the qualitative transformation of lawenforcement practices in line with the doctrine of «socialist legality». Based on the results of the study, the author postulates a thesis regarding the ambivalent nature of the implemented transformations: despite an evident trend toward strengthening the rule of law and enhancing the authority of the judiciary, a significant immanent dependence of the justice system on the party-state apparatus persisted
