В работе рассмотрены субъективные критерии адаптации курсантов первого курса к условиям учебно-служебной деятельности в вузе МВДРоссии, как одного из ключевых факторов их успешного профессионального и личностного становления. Проанализировано, как выделенные критерии оказывают влияние на успеваемость, дисциплину, вовлеченность курсантов в учебно-служебную деятельность. Предложены рекомендации по оптимизации процесса адаптации курсантов на основе выделенных субъективных критериев. На основе изученных данных предложены рекомендации для повышения эффективности курсантов к учебно-служебной деятельности. Внедрение данных рекомендаций в учебно-воспитательный процесс позволит повысить качество подготовки курсантов

The paper examines the subjective criteria of adaptation of first-year cadets to the conditions of educational and service activities at a university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as one of the keyfactors in their successful professional and personal development. Itanalyzes howthese criteria affect the academic performance, discipline, and involvement of cadets in educational and service activities. The paper proposes recommendations for optimizing the adaptation process of cadets based on the identified subjective criteria. Based on the studied data, the paper provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of cadets in educational and service activities. Implementing these recommendations in the educational process will improve the quality of training for cadets
