В последние годы наблюдается тенденция к росту интереса иностранных граждан из дружественных стран ближнего и дальнего зарубежья. Расширение международного сотрудничества и увеличение числа иностранных граждан и обусловили актуальность изучения проблемы социокультурной адаптации. Комплексный анализ социокультурной адаптации иностранных граждан в вузах МВД России позволил раскрыть ключевые факторы, влияющие на успешность интеграции: языковые барьеры, различия в культурных нормах, особенности социальной среды, специфика учебно-служебной деятельности, ограниченность в социальных контактах. В статье выявлены основные трудности с которыми сталкиваются иностранные обучающиеся, такие как недостаточная языковая подготовка, бытовая адаптация, а также необходимость совмещения культурных ценностей иностранных слушателей с требованиями ведомственного обучения. На основе полученных результатов разработана программа, которая может быть использована в работе кураторов, специалистов отделов морально-психологического обеспечения и преподавателей. Применение данная программы будет способствовать повышению эффективности интеграции иностранцев в образовательную и социокультурную среду вузов МВД России.

In recent years, there has been a growing interest among foreign citizens from friendly countries in both the near and far abroad. The expansion of international cooperation and the increasing number of foreign citizens have underscored the relevance of studying the issue of sociocultural adaptation. A comprehensive analysis of the sociocultural adaptation of foreign citizens at the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has revealed the key factors influencing the success of integration: language barriers, differences in cultural norms, characteristics of the social environment, specifics of educational and service activities, and limited social contacts. The article identifies the main difficulties faced by foreign students, such as insufficient language training, adaptation to everyday life, and the need to reconcile the cultural values of foreign trainees with the requirements of departmental training. Based on the findings, a programme has been developed that can be used by curators, specialists from moral and psychological support departments, and teachers. The implementation of this programme will help improve the effectiveness of integrating foreigners into the educational and sociocultural environment of the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
