Статья посвящена концептуализации мировоззренческой функции клинического юридического образования в условиях комплексного реформирования национальной системы высшей школы. Автор преодолевает узкопрагматический подход, рассматривающий юридическую клинику исключительно как тренажер для отработки практических навыков. В работе предложена и обоснована авторская структурно-компонентная модель формирования правового мировоззрения, включающий когнитивный, эмоционально-ценностный и деятельностно-поведенческий элементы. На основе эмпирического исследования (анкетирования студентов и анализа практики Юридической клиники Сургутского государственного университета) доказана эффективность социально ориентированного обучения в контексте реализации государственной политики по укреплению традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностей. Проведен критический сравнительный анализ с англо-американской и европейской моделями клинического образования.

This article examines the conceptualization of the ideological function of clinical legal education in the context of the comprehensive reform of the national higher education system. The author overcomes the narrowly pragmatic approach that views legal clinics solely as a training ground for practicing practical skills. The paper proposes and substantiates a structural-component model for developing a legal worldview, including cognitive, emotional-value, and activity-behavioral elements. Based on empirical research (student surveys and analysis of the practice of the Surgut State University Legal Clinic), the effectiveness of socially oriented education in the context of implementing state policy to strengthen traditional spiritual and moral values is demonstrated. A critical comparative analysis was conducted with Anglo-American and European models of clinical education.
