В статье исследуется комплекс актуальных проблем развития юридиче ского образования и юридической науки сквозь призму психологического знания. Авторы обосновывают тезис о наличии системного психологического кризиса, проявляющегося в деформации профессионального правосознания, аксиологической дезориентации субъек товобразовательного процесса и методологической изоляции юридической науки от до стижений современной психологии. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных иссле дований выделены триключевых блока проблем: ценностно-смысловая деградация лично стиюриста, психологическая неподготовленность к профессиональной деятельности в условиях риска и неопределенности, а также институциональные барьеры на пути междисциплинарного синтеза. Сформулированы конкретные рекомендации по интеграции психологических компонентов в систему подготовки юридических кадров и трансформации научно-исследовательской парадигмы

The article examines a range of current problems in the development of legal education and legal science through the prism of psychological knowledge. The authors substantiate the thesis of the existence of a systemic psychological crisis, manifested in the deformation of professional legal consciousness, axiological disorientation of subjects of the educational process, and the methodological isolation of legal science from the achievements of modern psychology. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research, three keyblocks of problems are identified: the value-semantic degradation of the lawyer’s personality, psychological unpreparedness for profes sional activity in conditions of risk and uncertainty, and institutional barriers to interdisciplinary synthesis. Specific recommendations are formulated for the integration of psychological components into the system of training legal personnel and the transformation of the research paradigm
