Статья посвящена анализу влияния российско-украинского конфликта на реализацию «зелёной стратегии», в томчисле и на отношения между Российской Федера цией и Европейским Союзом по вопросам энергетики. Рассматриваются ключевые программы, такие как European Green Deal и REPowerEU, направленные на сокращение зависи мости от российских энергоносителей. Авторы выделяют противоречия энергоперехода, включая временный возврат к углю и признание газа и атома «зелёными» источниками. Подчёркивается, что дальнейшее развитие зелёной энергетики в ЕСзависит от геополи тической ситуации, внутренней консолидации и поиска альтернативных поставщиков

The article analyzes the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on the imple mentation of the Green Strategy, including relations between the Russian Federation and the Euro pean Union on energy issues. Keyprograms such as the European Green Deal and REPowerEU aimed at reducing dependence on Russian energy resources are being considered. The authors highlight the contradictions of the energy transition, including a temporary return to coal and the recognition of gas and atom as “green” sources. It is emphasized that the further development of green energy in the EUdepends on the geopolitical situation, internal consolidation and the search for alternative suppliers
