В статье рассматриваются принципы исполнения обязательств в гражданском праве. Определяется, что принципы исполнения обязательств выступают в качестве общих требований, которым подчиняется исполнение любых обязательств. Резюмируется, что в качестве принципов исполнения обязательства необходимо рассматривать следующие: принцип надлежащего исполнения обязательства, принцип реального исполнения обязательства, принцип недопустимости одностороннего отказа от исполнения обязательства и принцип добросовестности

The article discusses the principles of performance of obligations in civil law. It is determined that the principles of performance of obligations actasgeneral requirements that govern the performance of anyobligations. It is summarized that the following principles of performance of obligations should be considered: the principle of proper performance of an obligation, the principle of real performance of an obligation, the principle of non-admission of unilateral refusal to perform an obligation, and the principle of good faith
