В статье исследуется роль soft-skills в практике преподавания русского языка как иностранного. Рассматривается влияние гибких навыков, таких как эмпатия, культурная чувствительность, коммуникативные навыки, критическое мышление и гибкость, на эффективность процесса обучения. Анализируется, как эмпатия и культурная чувствительность преподавателя способствуют установлению контакта с учащимися, созданию атмосферы доверия и взаимопонимания, что особенно важно в межкультурном образовательном пространстве. Исследуется значение развитых коммуникативных навы ковпреподавателя РКИ в формировании стимулирующей и поддерживающей среды обуче ния, способствующей активному участию студентов в учебном процессе. Особое внима ниеуделяется роли критического мышления и гибкости преподавателя в адаптации методики преподавания к потребностям и стилям обучения студентов, позволяющей макси мально индивидуализировать образовательный процесс. На основе анализа научных публи каций предложены практические рекомендации по развитию гибких навыков у преподава телей РКИ с целью повышения качества и эффективности обучения. Результаты иссле дования могут быть использованы в процессе подготовки и повышения квалификации преподавателей, а также при разработке новых методик и технологий обучения русскому языку как иностранному

The article examines the role of soft-skills in the practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The influence of flexible skills such asempathy, cultural sensitivity, communica tion skills, critical thinking and flexibility on the effectiveness of the learning process is considered. The article analyzes howempathy and cultural sensitivity of a teacher contribute to establishing contact with students, creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, which is especial lyimportant in the intercultural educational space. The article examines the importance of the devel oped communication skills of an RCTteacher in the formation of a stimulating and supportive learn ingenvironment that promotes the active participation of students in the educational process. Special attention is paid to the role of critical thinking and teacher flexibility in adapting teaching methods to the needs and learning styles of students, allowing for maximum individualization of the educational process. Based on the analysis of scientific publications, practical recommendations are proposed for the development of flexible skills among RCTteachers in order to improve the quality and effec tiveness of training. The results of the research can be used in the process of training and advanced training of teachers, aswell as in the development of newmethods and technologies for teaching Russian as a foreign language
