В статье проводится комплексный анализ правового обеспечения экологической безопасности в нефтегазовом комплексе России. Исследуется современное состояние законодательства в области охраны окружающей среды при добыче, транспортировке и переработке углеводородов, включая институты нормирования, лицензирования и планирования мероприятий по предупреждению аварий. Особое внимание уделяется анализу судебной практики по делам о возмещении вреда, причиненного окружающей среде в результате разливов нефти, а также правовым позициям высших судебных инстанций. На основе изучения зарубежного опыта (Норвегия, Канада, Иран) сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию российского законодательства и правоприменительной практики в контексте устойчивого развития

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal framework for environmental safety in the Russian oil and gasindustry. Itexamines the current state of environmental legislation during the production, transportation, and processing of hydrocarbons, including regulations, licensing, and accident prevention planning. Particular attention is given to the analysis of judicial practice in cases involving compensation for damage caused to the environment as a result of oilspills, aswell as the legal positions of the highest courts. Based on a study of international experience (Norway, Canada, and Iran), proposals are formulated for improving Russian legislation and lawenforcement practices in the context of sustainable development
