Ресоциализация осужденных проводимая сотрудниками пенитенциарной системы в период отбывания осужденным наказания за уголовные преступления в местах лишения свободы - это комплекс мер, последовательно направленных на: адаптацию к пенитенциарным учреждениям, осознание и признание осужденным вины за совершенное преступление, системное исправление поведенческих паттернов и личностных особенностей, приведших к преступному поведению, что в итоге преследует цель ресоциализации и интеграции в социальную среду после освобождения из мест лишения свободы. Данная цель невозможна для достижения без внедрения многоаспектной комплексной системы влияния на поведение, окружение и личность преступившего закон. Организация данного воздействия без учета педагогических основ воздействия на личность, ее педагогической коррекции не сможет в достаточной мере сформировать навыки правопослушного поведения, развить умение адаптироваться в сложных ситуациях и интегрироваться после освобождения в обществе и, следовательно, предотвратить рецидивную преступность. Гипотезой статьи выступило предположение о необходимости определения, выделения и учета в деятельности сотрудников пенитенциарных учреждений педагогических основ (концептуальных оснований, принципов, методов, методик и т.д.) в области ресоциализации осужденных. Цель статьи обусловлена необходимостью определения педагогических основ ресоциализации осужденных, отбывающих наказания в пенитенциарных учреждениях. Задачи статьи – это определение педагогического аспекта организационно-методического сопровождения ресоциализации осужденных; определение принципов и методов педагогики необходимых для реализации коррекционного, воспитательного, мотивационного и иного воздействия на личность осужденных, определение направлений подготовки персонала пенитенциарных учреждений к педагогическим аспектам в деятельности. Методами и методиками статьи определяются: анализ практики реализации и функционирования системы воспитательной работы с осужденными; определение основных принципов, методов и методик, применяемых при реализации исправительного воздействия на личность; анализ и синтез новелл и инновационных направлений, передового отечественного и зарубежного опыта в области ресоциализации и социальной адаптации осужденных. Результатами исследования стали: определение основных принципов и методов ресоциализации, выделение педагогических основ данной деятельности; определение направлений ресоциализации в аспекте подготовки персонала к воздействию на разных этапах отбывания наказания.

The resocialization of convicts, conducted by penitentiary staff while they are serving their sentences for criminal offenses, is a set of measures consistently aimed at: adaptation to penitentiary institutions, the convict's recognition and admission of guilt for the crime committed, and the systematic correction of behavioral patterns and personality traits that led to criminal behavior. This ultimately leads to the goal of resocialization and integration into the social environment after release from prison. This goal cannot be achieved without the implementation of a multifaceted, comprehensive system for influencing the behavior, environment, and personality of the offender. Organizing this intervention without taking into account the pedagogical foundations of influencing the individual and their pedagogical correction will not be able to adequately develop skills for law‑abiding behavior, develop the ability to adapt to difficult situations, and integrate into society after release, thereby preventing recidivism. The article's hypothesis is based on the need to define, identify, and integrate pedagogical foundations (conceptual foundations, principles, methods, techniques, etc.) in the area of resocialization of convicts into the work of penitentiary staff. The purpose of this article is to define the pedagogical foundations for the resocialization of convicts serving sentences in penitentiary institutions. The objectives of this article are to define the pedagogical aspect of organizational and methodological support for the resocialization of convicts; to determine the pedagogical principles and methods necessary for the implementation of corrective, educational, motivational, and other influences on the personality of convicts; and to identify areas for training penitentiary staff in pedagogical aspects of their work. The methods and techniques of this article are defined by: an analysis of the practical implementation and functioning of the educational work system with convicts; a definition of the basic principles, methods, and techniques used in the implementation of correctional influence on the individual; an analysis and synthesis of new developments and innovative approaches, as well as advanced domestic and foreign experience in the field of resocialization and social adaptation of convicts. The study's results include: defining the key principles and methods of resocialization, identifying the pedagogical foundations of this activity, and identifying areas of resocialization in terms of training staff to influence the various stages of sentence serving.
