В работе рассматриваются организационно-педагогические аспекты реализации самостоятельной работы студентов учебных заведений по дисциплине «Физиче ская культура» в условиях применения дистанционных образовательных технологий. На основе анализа эмпирических данных (видеоотчеты обучающихся, опрос фокус-группы) вы явлены ключевые проблемные блоки, затрудняющие эффективное освоение практического раздела программы внеспортивных сооружений. К их числу отнесены: сложность верифи кации техники двигательных действий при асинхронном контроле, деформация мотиваци онно-волевой сферы занимающихся в условиях бытовой гипокинезии, а также недостаточ наяметодическая адаптированность цифрового контента к условиям ограниченного пространства. Автором обосновывается тезис о необходимости смещения акцентов с коли чественного контроля объема выполненной работы на формирование у студентов компе тенций самоконтроля функционального состояния. Определены перспективные направле ниямодернизации фондов оценочных средств, базирующиеся на принципах биоуправления и индивидуализации двигательных заданий

This paper examines the organizational and pedagogical aspects of implement ingindependent work by students in higher education institutions in the discipline “Physical Educa tion” using distance learning technologies. Based on an analysis of empirical data (student video reports, focus group surveys), keyproblem areas hindering the effective mastery of the practical section of the program outside of sports facilities are identified. These include: the difficulty of verify ingmotor technique during asynchronous control, the distortion of the motivational-volitional sphere of students under conditions of everyday hypokinesia, and the insufficient methodological adaptation of digital content to the conditions of limited space. The author substantiates the thesis of the need to shift the emphasis from quantitative monitoring of the volume of work completed to the develop ment of students’ competencies in self-monitoring of their functional state. Promising areas for modernizing assessment tools based on the principles of biofeedback and the individualization of motor tasks are identified
