В статье рассмотрена возможность оптимизации процесса адаптации к условиям высших образовательных учреждений системы МВДРоссии, раскрыта сущность понятия процесса адаптации в учебно-служебной деятельности. Курсанты, обучающиеся в вузах МВДРоссии испытывают трудности с выполнением учебнослужебной деятельно сти. Именно в период обучения в вузе курсанты переживают этап формирования основных профессиональных характеристик, проходят процесс адаптации к условиям образова тельной среды высших учебных заведений МВДРоссии. Вместе с темвыделение наиболее существенные условий образовательной среды вузов МВД, позволило уточнить критерии оценки эффективности мер по оптимизации процесса адаптации курсантов к этим усло виям. В связи с этим автором предлагается ряд мер по оптимизации процесса адаптации, которые будут способствовать повышению эффективности овладения служебно-учебной деятельностью

This article examines the possibility of optimizing the adaptation process to the conditions of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and reveals the essence of the concept of adaptation to academic and service activities. Cadets studying at higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia experience difficulties in performing academic and service activities. During their studies, cadets develop their core professional charac teristics and adapt to the educational environment of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Furthermore, identifying the most significant conditions of the educational environment of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs allowed us to refine the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of measures to optimize cadets’ adaptation to these condi tions. In this regard, the author proposes a number of measures to optimize the adaptation process, which will contribute to increased effectiveness in mastering academic and service activities
