Проблемный вопрос актуальности знаний пенитенциарных сотрудников в области причин, вызывающих профессиональную деформацию, не теряет своей значимости как для самих пенитенциарных работников, так и для всех тех лиц, ктосоставляет их социальное окружение. Значимость определяется исходя из возможности самонаблюдения и самоанализа пенитенциарных работников, способствующих своевременной диагностике сформированности и проявлений профессиональной деформации. Это положение предопределяет возможность работников реализовывать своевременные профилактические меры в отношении деструктивных проявлений деформации, включая возможность обратиться за профессиональной психологической помощью к психологу подразделений уголовно-исполнительной системы. Целью статьи определение вопроса актуальности знаний пенитенциарных сотрудников в области причин, вызывающих профессиональную деформацию. Задачами исследовательской работы являются: определение значимости как для самих пенитенциарных работников, так и для всех тех лиц, ктосоставляет их социальное окружение, проблематики вопроса знаний пенитенциарных сотрудников в области причин, вызывающих профессиональную деформацию; определение возможности реализации пенитенциарными работниками своевременных профилактических мер в отношении деструктивных проявлений деформации, включая возможность обратиться за профессиональной психологической помощью к психологу подразделений; изучение результатов исследования пенитенциарных специалистов, раскрывающих понятие «профессиональная деформация», способствующих определению деструктивных факторов (причин), формирующих и способствующих дальнейшему развитию (проявлению) профессиональной деформации, искажающей личностные качества пенитенциарных сотрудников; выявление симптомокомплекса в виде различных групп факторов (причин), вызывающих проявление профессиональной деформации и совокупности ряда универсальных деструктивных факторов самих ее проявлений.
