On judge vacancies, human resources policy, and load in the russian judicial system

В статье рассматриваются отдельные аспекты кадровой политики по формированию корпуса судей. Анализируются причины сохранения значительного числа вакансий, общая нагрузка судей, жалобы, связанные с организацией судебной работы. Проводятся параллели с судебной нагрузкой судей в некоторых зарубежных правопорядках. Рассматриваются возможные варианты разрешения этих проблем.

The article examines certain aspects of the personnel policy for the formation of the judiciary. It analyzes the reasons for the persistence of a significant number of vacancies, the overall workload of judges, and complaints related to the organization of judicial work. The article also draws parallels with the judicial workload of judges in some foreign legal systems. It also considers possible solutions to these problems.
