В данной статье анализируются особенности семейной политики в Российской Федерации в свете современных социально-экономических изменений. Развитие семейной политики является важным национальным приоритетом, но в свете текущих вызовов выявляются некоторые проблемные аспекты. В связи с этим авторы провели сравнительный анализ действующего законодательства Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь в области семейной политики, рассматривая этот вопрос через призму национального законодательства этих стран, отметив их сходства и различия в регулировании в этой сфере. Совместные усилия двух стран направлены на усиление поддержки многодетных семей, развитие инфраструктуры для детей и пропаганду традиционных семейных ценностей. В рамках Союзного государства предпринимаются усилия по унификации подходов и обмену наиболее эффективными практиками. Однако в политике обеих стран существуют и различия. Выявление этих различий имеет решающее значение для развития успешных инициатив в Российской Федерации. В статье авторы предлагают комплексные пути преодоления кризиса в семейной политике. Они анализируют как государственные меры, так и практику субъектов Российской Федерации, подчеркивая необходимость заимствования положительного международного опыта. Основываясь на изучении нормативной базы и статистических данных из официальных источников, авторы предлагают ряд новаций, направленных на укрепление института семьи в стране. В частности, предлагается расширить перечень сфер использования материнского капитала и предусмотреть выплаты на четвертого и последующих детей. Авторы также подчеркивают важность развития социальной рекламы и то, что работодатели должны поддерживать работников-родителей.

This article analyzes the features of family policy in the Russian Federation in the light of current socio-economic changes. The development of family policy is an important national priority, but some problematic aspects have been identified in light of current challenges. In this regard, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the field of family policy, considering this issue through the lens of the national legislation of these countries, highlighting their similarities and differences in regulation in this area. The joint efforts of the two countries are aimed at strengthening support for large families, developing infrastructure for children, and promoting traditional family values. Within the framework of the Union State, efforts are being made to unify approaches and share the most effective practices. However, there are also differences in the policies of both countries. Identifying these differences is crucial for the development of successful initiatives in the Russian Federation. In the article, the authors propose comprehensive ways to overcome the crisis in family policy. They analyze both government measures and the practices of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, emphasizing the need to adopt positive international experiences. Based on the study of the regulatory framework and statistical data from official sources, the authors propose a number of innovations aimed at strengthening the institution of the family in the country. In particular, they suggest expanding the list of areas where maternity capital can be used and providing payments for the fourth and subsequent children. The authors also emphasize the importance of developing social advertising and the need for employers to support their employees who are parents.
