Уровень адаптации курсантов первого курса определяет эффектив ность выполнения учебно-служебной деятельности. Вместе с темследует учитывать систему оценки самого процесса адаптации. Это имеет большое значение, для успешно стиадаптации курсантов первого курса вузов МВДРоссии, так как позволяет своевремен но вносит изменения в учебно-служебную деятельность. Выделенные автором критерии: нормативность служебной деятельности, стабильность эмоционально-волевой сферы и устойчивость поведения, удовлетворённость собой как личностью, успешность выполне нияучебной деятельности, удовлетворённость вузовским обучением, активность в учеб ной и общественной жизни вуза, должны стать основой для оценки эффективности процесса адаптации в вузах МВДРоссии. С учетом данных критериев необходимо выстраи вать дальнейшую работу по повышению успешности адаптации курсантов к учебно-служебной деятельности

The level of adaptation of first-year cadets determines the effectiveness of their academic and service activities. At the same time, the assessment system for the adaptation process itself should be considered. This is crucial for the successful adaptation of first-year cadets at Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs academies, asitallows for timely adjustments to their academic and service activities. The criteria identified by the author—standardization of service activities, emotion al-volitional stability and behavioral consistency, self-satisfaction, academic success, satisfaction with their university education, and involvement in the academic and social life of the university— should form the basis for assessing the effectiveness of the adaptation process at Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs academies. Taking these criteria into account, it is necessary to organize future efforts to improve the success of cadets’ adaptation to academic and service activities
