Статья посвящена событиям, происходившим в СССР в 1937-1938 годах. Автор анализирует взаимосвязь принятия Основного закона Союза ССР – Конституции 1936 года, принятой 5 декабря 1936 г., и массовых репрессий 1937 - 1938 годов

The article is devoted to the events that took place in the USSR in 1937-1938. The author analyzes the relationship between the adoption of the Basic Law of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Constitution of 1936, which wasadopted on December 5, 1936, and the mass repressions of 1937-1938
