Настоящая статья направлена на сопоставление конституционного права на информацию в России и других странах, выделение различий и сходств, а также рассмотрение вопроса о применимости зарубежного опыта в отечественном законода тельстве. В статье исследуется правовое регулирование права человека на информацию и доступ к ней на примере России, Германии, Норвегии посредством рассмотрения следую щихаспектов: во-первых, изучение российского понимания права на информацию, во-вто рых, определение правовой природы этого права в некоторых других странах, в-третьих, обоснование применимости зарубежного опыта к российскому законодательству

This article aims to compare the constitutional right to information in Russia and other countries, highlighting the differences and similarities, and examining the applicability of inter national experience to domestic legislation. The article examines the legal regulation of the human right to information and access to itusing the examples of Russia, Germany, and Norway. This article examines the following aspects: first, examining the Russian understanding of the right to informa tion; second, determining the legal nature of this right in some other countries; and third, substanti ating the applicability of international experience to Russian legislation
