Автор в своей научной статье проводит исследование действующих нормативных и организационных методов применяемых в повседневной оперативно-служебной деятельности структурных подразделений охраны общественного порядка в органах внутренних делРоссийской Федерации в обеспечении общественного порядка и общественной безопасности, как в повседневной своей деятельности сотрудниками полиции на вверенных имучастках и маршрутах патрулирования на территории обслуживания, так и при несении службы на различных публичных, массовых и иных видах мероприятий. В своей работе автор делает акцент на различные дилеммные направления, возникающие при реализации практической деятельности и выработке актуальных управленческих решений и предложений по усовершенствованию нормативного регулирования в оперативно-служебной деятельности полиции и устранении причин и условии способствующих проявлению негативных последствий и проявлений

In this research article, the author examines the current regulatory and organizational methods used in the daily operational and service activities of structural units responsible for maintaining public order in the internal affairs agencies of the Russian Federation to ensure public order and public safety, both in the daily work of police officers at assigned stations and patrol routes within their service areas, and when serving at various public, mass, and other types of events. In this work, the author emphasizes various dilemmas that arise during the implementation of practical activities and the development of relevant management decisions and proposals for improving regulatory frameworks in the operational and service activities of the police and eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the manifestation of negative consequences and manifestations
