Статья посвящена выявлению и исследованию проблем, возникающих или сопутствующих реализации отношений в сфере обеспечения и поддержки конкуренции в Российской Федерации. Авторами проведен правовой анализ действующего законодатель ства, разъяснений федерального органа исполнительной власти, осуществляющим функ ции по принятию нормативных правовых актов и контролю за соблюдением антимоно польного законодательства, законодательных инициатив и результатов деятельности последнего, а также юридической литературы. Были выявлены пробелы в законодатель стве России, восполнение которых способствовало бы развитию конкуренции и стимули рованию предпринимательской деятельности среди лиц, осуществляющих деятельность по распространению информации пользователем социальной сети (видеоблогеры), предло жены пути их (проблем) решения

The article is devoted to the identification and study of problems that arise or accompany the implementation of relations in the field of ensuring and supporting competition in the Russian Federation. The authors have conducted a legal analysis of the current legislation, the explanations of the federal executive authority responsible for the adoption of regulatory legal acts and the control of compliance with antitrust legislation, legislative initiatives and the results of the latter’s activities, aswell aslegal literature. Gaps in Russian legislation have been identified, the filling of which would contribute to the development of competition and the stimulation of entrepreneurial activity among persons engaged in the dissemination of information by the user of the social network (video bloggers), and ways to solve them (problems) have been proposed
