В статье автор исследует законодательство Российской Федерации, Китайской Народной Республики, Республики Корея, Республики Казахстан, Европейского Союза, Великобритании и Соединённых штатов Америки на предмет понятия технологии генеративного искусственного интеллекта, для выявления возможных направлений право вого регулирования. Также автор анализирует различные научные взгляды о правовом по нимании генеративного искусственного интеллекта с целью выявления возможных проблем, связанных с регулированием отношений с участием технологии искусственного интеллекта. Цель исследования. Разработать определение термина «генеративный искус ственный интеллект» для совершенствования механизма правового регулирования. Методология. Использовались методы анализа нормативных документов системный метод, формально-юридический. Результаты. В ходе исследования выявлены различные подходы к понятию генеративного искусственного интеллекта, предложено авторское определение понятия термина «генеративный искусственный интеллект»

In the article, the author examines the legislation of the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States of America on the concept of generative artificial intelli gence technology, in order to identify possible areas of regulation. The author also analyzes various scientific views on the legal understanding of generative artificial intelligence in order to identify possible problems related to the regulation of artificial intelligence technology. The purpose of the study. To develop a definition of the term “generative artificial intelligence” to improve the mechanism of legal regulation. Methodology. The methods of analysis of normative documents were used, the systemmethod, the formal legal method. Results. In the course of the study, various approaches to the concept of generative artificial intelligence were identified, and the author’s concept of the term “generative artificial intelligence” wasproposed
