Для изучения становления современного конституционного права крайне актуальным является исследование влияния на него опыта Великой французской револю цииконца XVIII века. В данной статье, в частности, рассмотрено формирование субъек тивного избирательного права во Франции на первом, начальном этапе революции – от первых попыток его определения в 1789 г. до закрепления в главном нормативном право вомакте периода – Конституции 1791 г. Отмечено влияние на цензовый характер избира тельного права правящей группировки фейянов, выражающей интересы крупной буржуазии и либерального дворянства. Показано его исторической значение

To study the formation of modern constitutional law, it is extremely relevant to examine the influence of the experience of the Great French Revolution of the late 18th century. In this article, in particular, the formation of subjective electoral rights in France is examined during the first, initial stage of the revolution, from the first attempts to define it in 1789 to itsconsolidation in the main legal act of the period, the Constitution of 1791. The influence of the ruling faction of the Feuil lants, which represented the interests of the large bourgeoisie and liberal nobility, on the qualification of electoral rights is noted.
