В статье поставлена и решена задача, связанная с выявлением и раскрытием основных исторических этапов развития учений о детском аутизме. Рассмотрена последовательность появления новых идей об аутизме, описании его симптомов, его отграничении от шизофрении. Подчеркивается роль зарубежных (Каннер, Аспергер и др.) и отечественных (В.М. Башина) исследователей в формировании современных представлений об аутизме. Раскрыто главное отличие отечественного и зарубежного подходов к коррекционной работе с детьми с расстройствами аутистического спектра. Сделан вывод, что ключевые проблемы в современном исследовании расстройств аутистического спектра состоят, во-первых, в разработке методик ранней диагностики соответствующих состояний, во-вторых, в совершенствовании форм и методов оказания психологической помощи детям с РАС для их социализации

The article sets and solves the problem related to the identification and disclosure of the main historical stages of the development of the teachings on childhood autism. The sequence of the emergence of newideas about autism, the description of itssymptoms, and itsdifferentiation from schizophrenia is considered. The role of foreign ones is emphasized (Kanner, Asperger, etc. and domestic (V.M. Bashin) researchers in the formation of modern ideas about autism. The main difference between domestic and foreign approaches to correctional work with children with autism spectrum disorders is revealed. It is concluded that the keyproblems in modern research of autism spectrum disorders are, firstly, the development of methods for early diagnosis of the relevant conditions, and secondly, the improvement of forms and methods of psychological assistance to children with ASD for their socialization
