Статья посвящена анализу зарубежного опыта использования искус ственного интеллекта (ИИ) в судопроизводстве. Рассматриваются успешные практики внедрения ИИ в судебные системы Китая (система Smart Court, роботизированный проку рор), Великобритании (виртуальные суды, робот ACE), Бразилии (программы VICTOR, SOKRAT, Electronic Judge, Sigma), Аргентины (Prometea), Латвии, Франции, Нидерландов, Австрии и Германии. Подчеркивается эффективность ИИ в ускорении обработки дел, анализе доказательств, снижении нагрузки на судей и коррупционных рисков, а также в альтернативных формах разрешения споров. Автор акцентирует внимание на этических вы зовах, ограничениях ИИ (отсутствие ситуационной логики и контекстуального анализа), необходимости сохранения человеческого фактора в правосудии и комплексной реформе судебных процедур. Автор подчеркивает, что внедрение ИИтребует взвешенного подхода с публичным обсуждением, вовлекающим разработчиков, ученых и практиков

The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal proceedings. Itfocuses on successful practices of AIimplementation in the justice systems of China, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Argentina, Latvia, the Netherlands, France, Austria and Germany, including systems for electronic justice, decision-support tools for judges and prosecutors, and instruments for automation of routine procedural actions. Particular attention is paid to the impact of AI on the efficiency of case handling, the quality and consistency of judicial decisions, reduction of judges’ workload and corruption risks, aswell as on the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. At the same time, the author highlights ethical and legal risks associat ed with the use of AI, the limits of algorithmic decision-making due to the lack of contextual and situ ational reasoning, and the fundamental necessity to preserve the human role in the administration of justice. It is argued that the digital transformation of justice requires a comprehensive reform of procedural rules and institutional arrangements and must be carried outthrough a balanced, publicly debated approach involving developers, legal scholars and practitioners
