В статье исследуются вопросы осуществления исполнения наказаний, не связанных с изоляцией от общества, в отношении осужденных, не являющихся гражданами Российской Федерации. Рассматривается институт передачи исполнения наказания в государство, гражданином которого является осужденный, как закрепленный международ ныхнормах, так и в российском законодательстве. Делается вывод о дальнейшем следова ниироссийской уголовно-исполнительной политики в области гуманизации правовых норм и положения осужденных

The article examines the questions of carrying out non-imprisonment punish ments for convicts who are notcitizens of the Russian Federation. The institution of transferring the execution of a sentence to the state of the convicted person’s citizenship is considered both in the established international norms and in Russian legislation. The article analyzes scientific research on the implementation of justice for foreign citizens and concludes that the Russian criminal executive policy should continue to focus on the humanization of legal norms and the status of convicts
