ИИ‑агенты в юридическом образовании: новые инструменты формирования профессиональных компетенций юристов

Статья посвящена исследованию возможностей использования персонализированных AI‑агентов в юридическом образовании как инструмента формирования профессиональных компетенций будущих юристов. Рассматриваются современные подходы к интеграции генеративного искусственного интеллекта в образовательный процесс высшей школы. Особое внимание уделяется трансформации роли преподавателя в условиях цифровизации образования. Обосновывается тезис о смещении функций преподавателя от передачи знаний к проектированию образовательной среды, ориентированной на развитие навыков критического анализа, проверки информации и осознанного взаимодействия с интеллектуальными системами. На основе практического опыта кафедры компьютерного права и информационной безопасности Высшей школы государственного аудита МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова описывается инновационная методика применения AI‑агентов в юридическом образовании: в формате open-book assessment. Сделан вывод о необходимости перехода от запретительной модели использования искусственного интеллекта к модели его управляемой и педагогически обоснованной интеграции.

The article examines the potential of personalized AI agents in legal education as a tool for developing professional competencies of future lawyers. The study explores modern approaches to integrating generative artificial intelligence into higher education. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of the teacher’s role in the context of digital transformation of education. The article substantiates the shift in teachers’ functions from knowledge transmission to designing educational environments aimed at developing critical thinking, information verification skills, and responsible interaction with intelligent systems. Based on the practical experience of the Department of Computer Law and Information Security of the Higher School of State Audit at Lomonosov Moscow State University, the author analyzes key scenarios for the use of AI agents in legal education: open-book assessment. The study concludes that higher legal education should move from restrictive approaches to a model of controlled and pedagogically grounded AI integration.
