В статье рассматривается вопрос государственного регулирования финансового рынка. Приводятся основные точки зрения относительно сущности финансового рынка. Рассматриваются финансово-правовые аспекты и цели государственного регулирования финансового рынка как в России, так и в зарубежных странах. Анализируются основные модели государственного регулирования, применяемые в других странах, приводятся из преимущества и недостатки. Рассматривается роль Банка России как мегарегулятора финансового рынка.

The article examines the issue of state regulation of the financial market. It presents the main viewpoints regarding the essence of the financial market. The financial and legal aspects and objectives of state regulation of the financial market are discussed, both in Russia and in foreign countries. The article analyzes the primary models of state regulation used in other countries, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. The role of the Bank of Russia as the mega-regulator of the financial market is also considered.
