Статья посвящена формированию межкультурной компетенции у студентов неязыковых вузов. Для успешной коммуникации в поликультурном мире нужно не только знать язык, но и понимать культурные особенности, формирующие его употре бление. В процессе исследования проведен анализ уровня межкультурной осведомленности у студентов уровня elementary на двух этапах (до и после курса). Целью исследования было выявить как формируется межкультурная компетенция у студентов неязыковых вузов на основе аутентичных материалов и межкультурных кейсов. Результаты исследования указывают о заметном улучшении знаний в области культурных различий, навыков культур ного общения у обучающихся

The article is devoted to the formation of intercultural competence among students of non-linguistic universities. For successful communication in a multicultural world, youneed notonly to know the language, butalso to understand the cultural characteristics that shape its use. The study analyzed the level of intercultural awareness among elementary students at twostages (before and after the course). The purpose of the study was to identify howintercultural competence is formed among students of non-linguistic universities based on authentic materials and intercultur alcases.
