В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические вопросы исследования факторов внутренней среды организации АПК. В период нестабильной экономической ситуации в России, вызванной санкциями со стороны стран Западной Европы и США, необходимо регулярно проводить мониторинг факторов внутренней среды организации. Особое значение для продовольственной безо пасности нашей страны имеет анализ внутренней среды организаций агропромышленно гокомплекса. Целью исследования является оценка влияния факторов внутренней среды агропромышленного предприятия на эффективность его функционирования. Исследова ниефакторов внутренней среды, включающих долю рынка, трудовые ресурсы и их квали фикацию, влияние сезонных колебаний, качество продукции - способствуют принятию инновационных управленческих решений и повышению конкурентоспособности предприятий АПК. Также регулярный мониторинг внутренней среды позволяет разработать эффек тивный план стратегического развития

This article examines theoretical and practical aspects of studying internal envi ronmental factors in agricultural enterprises. During the unstable economic situation in Russia caused by sanctions imposed by Western European countries and the United States, it is essential to regularly monitor internal environmental factors. Analysis of the internal environment of agricultural enterprises is of particular importance for food security in ourcountry. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of internal environmen talfactors on the performance of an agricultural enterprise. Research into internal environmental factors, including market share, labor force and their qualifications, the impact of seasonal fluctua tions, and product quality, facilitates innovative management decisions and increases the competi tiveness of agricultural enterprises. Regular monitoring of the internal environment also enables the development of an effective strategic development plan
