Актуальность темы данной статьи обусловлена возрастающей ролью управления операционными рисками, что является одним из важнейших факторов эффективного и устойчивого развития организаций в современных экономических условиях. Особое значение процесс управления операционными рисками имеет в развитии капиталоемких отраслей с длинным производственным циклом. В связи с этим внедрение системного подхода к управлению операционными рисками становится стратегической необходимостью, так как способствует защите финансовых результатов, делового имиджа и инвестиционной привлекательности. Целью данной статьи является анализ системы управления рисками в строительной организации. Методологической основой исследования послужили принципы системного и процессного подходов, методы финансового и сравнительного анализа, экспертных оценок, анкетирования, SWOT-анализа и картирования бизнес-процессов. Значительную роль в формировании концептуальной базы работы сыграли положения международных и национальных стандартов в области риск-менеджмента.
