Основной фокус исследования сосредоточен на эволюции, институционализации, требованиях и признаках отнесения к лоббистcкой деятельности. Внимание также уделяется современному состоянию и развитию новых зару бежных юридических трендов регулирования, в томчисле ужесточению ответственности и методах контроля за иностранным влиянием. Результаты исследования дают возмож ность сделать вывод о положительных и отрицательных сторонах регулирования и вслед ствие этого сформировать предложения по совершенствованию российской правовой системы и возможной имплементации отдельных норм с учетом национальных особенно стей и сложившихся практик взаимодействия государственных органов и субъектов хозяйствования</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>The article examines and systematically analyzes the legal regulation of foreign models of lobbying activities, particularly in the United States of America and the European Union. The main focus of the study is on the evolution, institutionalization, requirements, and characteristics of lobbying activities. Attention is also given to the current state and development of newforeign legal trends in regulation, including the tightening of liability and methods of controlling foreign influence.
