В статье проведен анализ институту проектного финансирования в строительной сфере, который былвведен в российское законодательство в ответ на проблемы, связанные с мошенничеством, банкротством застройщиков и незавершенным строительством. Рассматривается модель финансирования, основанная на целевых кредитах, предоставляемых банками застройщиками, а также механизм эскроу, обеспечиваю щийзащиту интересов дольщиков

The article analyzes the institute of project finance in the construction sector, which wasintroduced into Russian legislation in response to problems related to fraud, bankruptcy of developers and unfinished construction. The article considers a financing model based on target edloans provided by banks and developers, aswell as an escrow mechanism that protects the inter ests of shareholders
